IN|FOCUS - Internet and Mobile Connectivity

Evington Executive Office Suites has successfully improved Internet connectivity at our location.

Starting in Summer 2025, Bell Canada has completed the connection of fibre services to our Evans Ave. location. Work done earlier, has internal fibre cabling added to EACH SUITE, allowing all current and future tenants the option to have TV, Phone, and Internet Services routed to their suite at fibre optic speeds. The best part, these fibre services are not limited to Bell Canada, but that third party providers can quote on package options on these fibre services to get a competitive price.

As of March 2026, the Internet connection for the Evington Hall tenant services network was also upgraded to a fibre connection allowing guests and those tenants wanting a simple Internet connection higher speed on a shared connection. This common services network has a top symmetrical speed of 940 Mbps.

Along with the improved fibre services, the fibre backbone has brought to our building picocells from Bell Canada. This means any customers of Bell or Telus working out of our location should see full bar service on their mobile devices.

These improvements help our tenants to stay connected and stay in business.
